It was really easy. A lot is asked in a normal interview. Mainly seeking customer service experience and job background if it relates to hiring position. It was a one on one interview so you can really make a connection with the hiring manager
The entire experience was negative. I interviewed over the course of several months. I had interviewers twice in the process not realize that I was meeting with them or forgetting our interview completely, which I felt was inconsiderate regarding my time. One of the interviewers was quite biased in regards to ageism in response to a standard question. To top it all off, they stopped responding once I asked them for timing in their decision-making. I am disappointed at their unprofessionalism, as it otherwise seems like a great company to work for.
