J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nespresso (Perth, Australie-Occidentale) en juin 2018
Entretien
I applied online, and was called about two weeks later. Had a short impromptu phone interview, and was asked to come in for a face to face interview the next day. I was given lots of information on what to research, how to dress and what to expect from the lady I spoke with on the phone. I interviewed with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The Store Manager asked me questions and interviewed me mostly while the Assistant Manager took lots of notes, although he did ask me a few questions as well. Both very pleasant and well mannered. The interview itself took about 45 minutes, and they gave me a fancy coffee too (how nice!). They called me back two days later asking for two referee contact details, proof of working rights and my address, which I supplied as soon as I was asked. Roughly an hour later I got a call back again, offering me the position!!!

It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.

Interview was pretty easy. Standard questions, friendly. Phone screening was also nice and set clear expectations of the next steps. No out of the ordinary questions, few scenario based questions.
