A Group sales and service activity where they see if your style suits the brand. Also looking to see if you listen well and work as part of a team to get a positive end result. A competency based one on one interview followed asking 'what would you do if' type questions.

Fue primero una entrevista online de forma telefónica y luego otra presencial, me preguntaron por mis experiencias previas, fortalezas y debilidades. El trato fue adecuado en ambas entrevistas y me sentí muy cómoda.

very chill, standard interview questions. Mostly looking for personality and how you can mesh with the team. Nothing to be scared of, be yourself and you will be fine. The managers there are very nice

Entretien
It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
