I went through 4 technical interview rounds with the Ness team, each lasting almost an hour. In every round, the interviewers seemed satisfied with my answers and clearly mentioned that they wanted me to move forward to the next round. After the final round, I was told that I would hear back very soon. However, it has now been almost a month with no update or proper communication from the company. I understand that hiring decisions can take time, but after investing so much time and effort across multiple rounds, candidates deserve timely and transparent communication. Being left without any response after several lengthy interviews is frustrating and disappointing. Pros: Technical interviewers were knowledgeable and professional. Interview discussions were relevant to the role. Cons: Poor communication after the final round. Very long interview process with no closure. Candidates’ time and effort do not seem to be valued.
