Initial screening by telephone or skype. Then face to face few rounds of technical interview. Final round with HR. After Initial screening, the whole process can get completed in a day.

First one was telephonic, general screening and checking if background is matching the job description.
Then 3 rounds of interview, all technical. One of them with Senior Management.
Lastly with HR for salary discussion.
