i had applied through linkedin and got a call from HR for screening round and scheduled Technical round 1 and after clearing TR1 , Technical round 2 was scheduled , after clearing TR2 finally i got a call from HR stating that i have been selected for this position .

Interview process is very structured and Systematic flow , Good conductance by the Ness team , Process flow of the interview is very Systematic . Ness organization will provide snacks and lunch in between the breaks as well . Overall the day was adarable
