First interview. Second task consists of both an aptitude test and a situational personality assessment. Subsequently you will get invited for a second interview where you will get to view the lab and maybe meet the team.

Entretien
I applied online for the position of a Researcher (Job location in Porvoo, Finland) online and the interview process lasted for about 2 months. There were 2 rounds of interviews with the R&D manager who was very friendly. There was also a 2nd interviewer during the 2 rounds of interview with the R&D manager being the constant. The 3rd interview was with a third party psychologist who performed an assessment, based on your answers to their questionnaires which had to be completed prior and aptitude tests. It was a foolproof process and completely professional. Unfortunately I had to decline the offer for personal reasons but I was quite happy with the process and the people involved.

Question 1
The technical questions can be classified as difficult or average depending on how well your research background is. For E.g: there was a graph shown with the axis labels being removed and I was asked what I see in the graph.
Numerous other questions ranging from technical to your attitude towards dealing with people.
Pretty standard questions, can find all the questions from internet and practice. Like what's your strength and weakness, what's the biggest challenge you have faced, etc. Most important thing is the experience in resume. Only one hour interview, no other prep required.
