Once scheduled for an interview from netconnect with ibm was selected in the first round then scheduled for a client round of interview discussion then was a HR discussion and salary negotiation

Two rounds of interview here.
Technical round and one managerial.one more telephonic round to short list for face to face round.
Managerial is a bit tough round here
If not available for face to face we can go for Skype round here
Once after completing all the round we will get feed back from HR
