The interview was in three steps: meet the TA, the hiring manager and the team. Took about 3 weeks. Check for references, and then they made a call for the offer.

Entretien
I talked to the hiring manager, some people from HR and some of the future teammates. Meet at the office. (this was pre corona) The interviews were friendly and to the point.
