I recently applied online for a position at NetJets. Shortly after, I received an email inviting me to schedule a time for a phone interview. I was excited about the opportunity and promptly set up a time. However, when the interview day arrived, I was left waiting with no communication.
I followed up via email to confirm the scheduled time, but I received no reply. This wasn't an isolated incident—this has happened multiple times with Netjets. It's incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to ghost candidates who invest time and effort in the application process.

It was a standard interview process: A 30 minute, typical phone screen with a recruiter, a technical interview with the hiring manager, then an in person interview with the team.

The interview process starts with a phone screen with a recruiter. This is a chance to walk through your resume, learn more about the company, and get an overview of the role. If that goes well, the next step is a 30-minute video call with the hiring manager, where the focus is mostly on behavioral questions. The final stage is an onsite interview with a panel of technical team members. It lasts about an hour and includes technical questions along with a whiteboard coding challenge.
