The interview was for a middle range management position so in result it was a lot more thorough than expected at the beginning. It consisted of 7 individual interviews, several of them taken over video call. The interview has touched a wide range of applicants skills ranging from technical to personal skills also including foreign language abilities. Most of the focus was put on the managing abilities, as can be expected for this position. I have to say that it was one of only 4 job interviews I've ever attended but definitely the best organized one. All the steps nicely followed each other. My only complaint could be about the lack of information about my progress as I went from one interview to another. I basically got the info at the very end, when I was told I am the only applicant left.
