Few Phone calls , Onsite interview Atleast my interview I found the hiring manager bit head weight better know how to talk with industry experts and talents who would not be impressed by a negative talk. Hiring manager kept saying that he had top students from Chinese hi rank university do I give damn about it ? I came from 12 Years of solid Hi-tech top 100 company experience. They were defensive when I said I know more in depth of all of the areas beyond this job and no one was upto the mark to take my interview . So My humble request do not show off you have students from stanford and Chinese top university or don't seek industry top talent otherwise.
