Usually includes an initial phone or video screen, followed by an assessment day featuring a Java or technical test, group exercises, and individual interviews, often capped with a final video call involving technical staff. The process is generally fast—around a week
Ongoing but very intuitive. Included an online numerical reasoning test and was emailed regarding setting up a call at my time. An online platform was provided to attach my CV and I didn’t need to add extra details that were already in my CV so it didn’t waste time.
