We exchanged several emails before setting a phone appointment. The conversation was very friendly and professional. The executive was knowledgeable about the industry and understood the role of escrow officers (which is not as common as you might expect). We discussed my goals and experience; we also discussed advancement opportunities, company processes for applicants/employees. I was impressed that expectations were disclosed up-front and that follow-up questions via email were answered promptly. Communication was great and I never felt left out in the cold even when I knew they were interviewing other candidates. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and professional.
