The interview was more of a conversation and discussion rather than being a strict question and answer format the panel was friendly, polite and coperative the questions mostly were regarding the skills i have on my resume like GENAi and CyberSecurity doamin based projects deep dive

The HR of the firm posted a job requirement post on his LinkedIn and I’ve reached out to him. The interview went very well and the technical reviewer was very pleased with my technical skills. However at the end he told me that I should be hearing from the hr soon.
even after 30 days post that the hr did not even get back to me.
I can understand the firms decision to not carry my application forward which could be due to their internal decisions.
however the unprofessional behaviour shown by the HR is very bad and isn’t an ideal practice.
