The recruiters were very professional and organized. The interview with the team lasted about 2 1/2 hours. It's clear that Netflix is looking for a very specific kind of person.

The interview process was long. I met with folks individually, 5 in total, which made the process drag due to fluctuating schedules. After final interview, result was quick. ~ 2 days.

Liked me at my first interview but didn't give any follow up progress for 2 months. Told me to wait until assigned manager could schedule 2nd interview but never did, and got denial.
Much more extensive than any other interview process I've ever taken part of. 5-6 rounds of meeting anywhere from 1-3 people per round. Each round was minimum 1 hour long. Was assigned hypothetical questions intended to test my knowledge in the industry.
