J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Netflix en juin 2022
Entretien
I was directly contact by an inhouse recruiter, not an agency. She told me they were interested in my profile, we arranged a meeting, and then she never called, answered the LI messages or answered the email I sent. It was a waste of time and I got a very bad impression of how they treat candidates, specially since I didn't apply in the first place.

Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Localization Program Manager chez Netflix
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Netflix (Menlo Park, CA) en nov. 2020
Entretien
*This interview took place during COVID times* I was contacted by a recruiter and then had 1 screening call with that recruiter where they asked me skill based questions and for a breif summary of my experience. I then had a 45 minute call with the hiring manager who asked me mostly situational questions. After that I was asked to give a 20 minute presentation to a panel, after which I had 1:1 interviews with all of the panelists. I then had one more additional call with the hiring manager before they made their final decision.
