Entretien
I was contacted via LinkedIn by a talent researcher from Netflix.
We schedule a phone interview. Then I was selected for a VC with my direct manager. And finally I get 3 meetings in flesh with my manager, member of the maketing team, a member of the workplace team, then talent acquisition. I get an offer 3 days after the meeting with Talent team.
The process was efficient they knew what they wanted.
