The whole process takes about 2-3 weeks. You start by having an English conversation with a language specialist that determines if your English is good enough to work at Netguru. If you pass that you go on to talking to an HR specialist and one of the Product Designers. You talk them trough your experience and your story, and at the end of the interview you go deeper into the design part (specific UX & UI questions, how good you are with some tools etc.). After that, you get invited on a testing day that starts at 9AM and finishes in the afternoon. You are presented with a design brief and a task from a client. You have two meetings trough-out the day with the Lead designer overseeing your progress & work. After this testing day, you get a really quick reply the next day. Everyone on the team is so nice, positive and very articulate about ideas, feedback etc. I very much recommend applying to Netguru. I would definitely be accepting the offer if I hadn't just got another one that was a better fit for me.
