An interview with the CTO that took about an hour and a half. LIVE CODING with SQL queries taken with examples I described from my work. Begins with basic questions and then level goes up. The CTO claimed that because I don't have enough experience with ETL software that they are working with(Talend , while I work with SSIS) he wants to send me a home test. He explained to me in details about the test and which software should be installed on my computer. He said that the test would be sent to me by email that evening. The test was never sent to me.
The company did not update me about my recruitment process. A disrespectful attitude from the company and the CTO.
