Speaking with the recruiter was a huge waste of my time, he went 40 minutes over and was telling his own career stories without giving any information about the company or the role. Then I spoke with the CMO who immediately showed how disinterested he was in anything I had to say. I’ve never experienced speaking with someone with such a high ego and so much disdain for an interviewee in my life. I was not chosen to move forward and I’m not disappointed in the slightest.
