First, i was contacted by a recruiter then set up with a phone screen with the noc manager. Then, in person, i met with the manager of the Noc and one of the engineers.

5 interviews back to back spanning 4 hours total. After my phone screen I waited 3 months before I heard back. There were no technical questions besides asking if I could perform some technical operations but I was not asked about any of the specifics. They really hired me based on personality and mind set.
