There were three interviews in the process. This first was a one on one with the Engineering Lead. The second was a one on one with the resident expert to verify technical abilities. The third interview was really an offer. A lot of the questions were meant to decide whether or not you would be a good fit for their company culture. All of the personnel were very friendly and organized.
