I was interviewed by a total of 4 people. The first one was a general round of interview done by the HR executive. The 2nd one was more Technical done by a Software Developer. He asked me OOP related questions and programming fundamentals. Mostly the questions were scenario oriented. You wont be able to answer them unless you have worked on some real time scenario. The 3rd round was a hands on coding assignment. Again the focus was not on code syntax but the quality of the code and how OOP programming fundamentals were used. The final round was a management round where i was asked a bunch of behavioural questions. What i was passionate about and why do i want to work for the company etc. overall i felt they were looking for guys who are passionate about new technologies such as cloud computing, Mobile, J2EE. I had taken some AI courses during my college days and they were pretty excited about my AI Experience. (although it was not required)
