Pretty simple, basic interview questions regarding job details. Got to tour the worksite and surrounding areas. Meet a few other important people, ask questions, see how things are handled through ordering process.

Have you ever done anything similar to this work before? Are you willing to work early mornings and/or late nights. Can you use kitchen equipment, take orders, and cook accordingly? Are you familiar with POS system?
