I applied on Linkedin by submitting my resume. I was called the next day and set up an interview for the following day. I was told they were near the end of the hiring process and that I needed to come in as soon as possible. I arrived for the interview, but their office turned out to be an interview mill. This company sets up direct sales events in Sam's Club, Costco, and HEB. I am interested in a career in Marketing Strategy, not direct sales. The entire process was deceitful. I left after a 5 minute interview when they said they were paying minimum wage or 16% commission but promised a 75,000+ commission based salary management position after 9 months. This may be for someone interested in a career in sales without a bachelors degree.
