Technical Phone Interview, then in person interview 3 business days later. I was told that the in person would be conversational and laid back. I felt like I was being interviewed for CEO.. 11 person panel interview. I have never been so nervous and felt like I was under a microscope. While everyone in the room were nice the people on the remote call were firing questions about my short tenure and the way it all played out.. I felt like I was on the defensive the entire interview. Then it was time for me to start asking questions... I got to ask 2 questions (Cant imagine why I was only able to ask 2 questions... ELEVEN PANEL INTERVIEW... ) I have been in IT over 15 years and that was the worst candidate experience I have ever had.

3 rounds of interviews. 1st round with direct manager and a peer engineer, mainly technical. 2nd interview with entire engineering team was a great experience getting to meet the whole team and see if culture was a fit. Mostly laid back questions about hobbies, need stuff, etc. 3rd interview was pretty much just a follow-up to get my overall feedback and interest in the position. Cool experience unlike any other interview process I've had. Was great to get to meet the whole team.
