Describe a time where you had a conflict or a particularly difficult situation with a customer and and how you handled/resolved it on your own?
Quick reply to application. Invited for a formal interview and then quickly invited for a second interview. Quite unorganised environment and scheduling of interviews, the second interview was conducted much more formally and not in line with the procedure that had been previously explained to me.
