You get a phone call with the recruiter to set up a zoom interview. If that goes well, you precede to an in-person super day interview at the office where you tour the office and shadow a credit analyst for 10 minutes and get interviewed by the VP of underwriting.
Here's your warning: This company is taking advantage of the bad job market - They DO NOT reimburse you for your plane tickets or hotel (assuming you're states away). So, unless you are local to the area or within a couple hour drive, it's probably not worth it. They will likely reject you, wasting your time and money. Scummy company

The interview process focused on evaluating communication skills, professionalism, and analytical thinking, with conversations centered on credit judgment, borrower risk assessment, workflow management, and overall fit for a fast-paced, production-driven mortgage underwriting and lending environment.

Applied online, got reached out to set up an initial phone screen. The interviewer had to reschedule the first time because of jury duty. He then follows through and commences the first round call the following week. All goes well and says at the end of the call he wants to follow up with a Zoom interview early the following week after work hours since they were in jury duty still. He ends up "canceling"/need to reschedule the interview 2 more times. 3 times total at this point. Every time he would cancel it was less than 5 mins before the scheduled time. After the third time he never followed up my message. Put a very bad taste in my mouth the lack of organization and professionalism from this person. To say one thing and not follow through or at least have me interviewed by someone else in order to keep the threading the needle was beyond bizarre. I would have loved to have gone through the interview process but unfortunately they had to be unprofessional to me.
