Easy, quick. 2 stage process, one brief call and then a video interview with two employees who were very friendly. General customer service questions answered in STAR method. Simple and commonsense type questions. 'Tell us about a time...' etc.

The interview was very easy with proper preparation, and the interviewers were lovely and welcoming. I was nervous for nothing, especially since it was conducted online, which made it more comfortable and less stressful.
