Easy and straightforward. They took sometime to get back. The first round was with the hiring manager. The next two rounds with hiring manager and colleagues. All the rounds were nice, friendly. Questions were asked more on my experience and handling of difficult situations.

Zero communication and agreements where not followed, Had after weeks of application a good and pleasant call, after that agreements not followed up again and after weeks and several check-ins they declined my application without any reason. Asking for that reason did not receive any response, which did not surprise me. Super unprofessional (which was hidden below the cover of a immature organization).
