Doesn't seem like much has changed since the last review was posted for this role. The process was generally very time consuming with multiple one-on-ones with different team members, which I understand, but is excessive when you also factor in a behavioral and data analyzing test (which was poorly assembled, IMO) and a reference check. The interviewers were overall very pleasant and they were very transparent about the lengthy process, which I appreciate, but no job is worth going through that many rounds of interviews and putting in the additional effort, unless you're interviewing for an executive position.
