Did a simple math test for 30 minutes and then came in for introductions with the team manager and then spoke with the head manager for the department that I would be currently working in. Was short and sweet and only took about 50 minutes to an hour

Very smooth straightforward and straight to the point but they were very friendly and made sure you didn’t have any other questions or concerns. Easiest interview I have done by far

They basically ask you about your background and history within the industry and if you know of certain products. They also ask you if you have had interaction with clients meaning borrowers and lenders.

Went on 3 interviews. Was offered the job on the 3rd interview. Need to pass an IQ test, the wonderlick test, otherwise the company cannot hire you.
