Very quick and simple process. I applied online, got an email within an hour to set a phone interview. Interviewed the next day and received an offer invitation the following day. The entire process was very simple and streamlined. The interviewer was very informative in making sure I knew exactly what to expect from training as well as the position.

Entretien
The recruiter was not a very enthusiastic person. It didn't seem as if the recruiter enjoyed their job or even cared about it. It might as well been an automated system for the interview. They did not do a great job of selling me on helping them. The compensation and 9 month commitment to that campaign was a pretty much instant deal-breaker. Very low commission given on very low ticket items.

Standard sales questions, included experience by past job opportunities such as skill sets and how they applied to this opportunity. The skill sets we discussed organization, voice, customer service, add on sales, personal schedules, typing. The overall interview experience was pleasant

Entretien
Was sent scripts and thought I would have to read them. I sent my first try as a voicemail to my friends to make honest judgements, they said it was incredible. They never even asked me to read script during interview and I thought I answered every question in a decent manner. They asked me to have google talk, I had it ready to go, but she never needed it. She was quite late for the interview, and I had an appointment and felt rushed. I have Call center and extensive background, and am very assertive, which I thought would be a good fit, but apparently not. They tell you that you will get an email, but I think that is their way of telling you that you did not pass, and I am saddened they don't even give a person another chance.

Thank you for writing a review, unfortunately I think you left it for the wrong company. NexRep does not use Google talk for any form of communication, including phone assessments.
