The first round is with hiring manager. It was very straightforward, just talk about their expectation and what you can bring to the team. They are looking for a DS in product side.

I received an initial phone screen interview request, It used an app that let you select times, but sent no message indicating that the times had been successfully reserved. I eventually received a meeting confirm from the recruiter. 1/2 an hour before the meeting, she messaged me to say that she needed to postpone to go to the doctor's office. I sent her some additional times that I could meet, per her request, and NEXT recruitment has ghosted me ever since. I even posted the lead of tech recruiting on Linkedin. Still ghosted. Let's assume that the recruiter genuinely need to go to the doctors and wish her well. Even with that assumed, NEXT as an organization has failed entirely to behave in an adult manner.
