Takes a very long time to get called back. 3 months. Then I go to the site. The Site Forman is there and the Regional Manager is on the phone. Really comfortable setting. Relaxed, great interviewer. They really just want to see what kind of person you are.

Questions like, what is important for you to have a positive day at work? If someone didnt like you what would you do? what are the 3 more important things on a wind site?
Great interview, would recommend to anyone looking for a great company to work for and retire from. I believe that this company is the top of their field and is probably the best company to work for in the wind industry, you can’t go wrong when you apply for this company.
