Contacted by recruiter to apply for the job. Was told that my resume was a perfect fit for the role. Had my interview 4 days after the recruiter email. Interview was fairly easy and I felt that I answered every question good. The HR spent most of the time describing the role and did not seem to engaged with me, so I knew my chances were slim. Was told I will be notified within two weeks if I land the job. I had to wait 3 weeks until the recruiter told me that they found another candidate.

I had one virtual interview with HR and another with business unit representative. I then went in and talked to manager, director, and VP. I then took a skills test

Entretien
Internship question where simple and very generic. I had an initatil screening interview with HR rep. then one on one technical interview with a manager. The manager was very professional and asked reasonable questions. NEE are interested in people who can act as unicorns in their teams with set of skills that extend beyond the typical roles.
