3 stages to interview process.
First was to complete a short essay question within 10-15 minutes.
Then interview with first panel round consisting of senior lecturers, course chair and senior management personnel.
If you're selected for second panel round of interview, it will be with course chair, senior management personnel, deputy director and director of school/faculty.

Question 1
How do you think your industry experience can help benefit the students, including adult learners whom you will be teaching ?
This was during Covid so the interview was conducted online. There was a short writing test. I was also tasked to prepare a lesson - could choose between 2 topics that are relevant to the diploma you are applying to teach. This was followed by the interview. Interviewers were friendly, straightforward and easy to talk to.

Entretien
2 rounds of interview.
First round was with the Director, Deputy Directors, and Course Managers.
Second round was with the HR, Deputy Principal, and Principal.
1 presentation:
5 minutes to present on a topic that you are applying to teach.
1 written essay:
Topic: Do you think values can be taught to our students? Why or why not?
