There were three rounds. The first round was a phone screen, the second round was an online interview, and the third round was an on-site interview that lasted for four hours. The first two rounds were just behavioral questions; they value culture, so they want to see if you would be a great fit for the specific Niagara facility you're working at. The third round consisted of an on-site tour and a lot of questions, ranging from behavioral to technical.

I visited their Newnan facility and interviewed with the manufacturing team and representatives from the HR department. They requested a copy of my resume and a portfolio of work. They also took me on a short tour of the facility.
