J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Niagara Casinos (Niagara Falls, ON) en mars 2016
Entretien
First stage was a telephone interview and an online assessment.
Two weeks later I was invited for an in person interview at the Casino. The interview was pretty standard. Typically interview questions followed by another assessment.
I followed up with a thank you letter and was invited to come in for a "meeting" the next week. The meeting consisted of a three people asking questions, but on in any structured way. This was followed by a tour of the backend of the casino.Once again, I followed up with a thank you email.
After that, I didn't here back for about 3 weeks at which point, I followed up with phone call. I was told that I was not selected and they had gone with someone with more experience in the industry. I suppose that's fair enough. But, it just seemed like they were doing interviews for the sake of doing interviews. If they needed someone with hotel/casino experience, there was no need to make me jump through all of their hoops.

Question 1
I don't recall everything, but there was nothing out of the ordinary during the first interview.
One example, that I can remember was "Everybody makes mistakes. Tell me about a time that you made a mistake. What did you do to correct it?"
