It was 5 rounds of interviews, all online with people from various countries across the region. The interview format ranges from Q&A to a short brainstorming session. They don't ask you typical questions like "what are you strengths and weaknesses", etc. They rather dive into your resume.

Phone screen with HR and then phone interview with department head. After there was a take home test. I either failed it or they hired someone, they didn't let me know which.
