My interview process started with recruiter Mikey, and I’ve never had such an amazing experience. Mikey was incredibly insightful and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He did an excellent job describing the position and answering all of my questions. My other interview was with Cortney and Tracy, who were both inviting and dedicated. I can confidently say that, out of all my interview experiences, my process with NinjaOne is unparalleled.

Step one is a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter
Step two is a Zoom meeting with one of the SDR managers.
Step three is an in-person interview with two SDR managers, following a presentation about the company that you must present to whoever is interviewing.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks.
