They called me once for an interview with a general manager in the company. A few days later I received an email saying I can expect another phone interview with my location's manager, and during that interview he requested to meet in person the next day.

I applied online and the process took about a month. I got 2 phone interviews. The first one was more general questions and the second was asking behavioral questions to see how you would handle certain situations

They asked about basic knowledge of the company video games, what's your favorite title from the company and why, how you would recommend it to someone with no prior knowledge.
