Entretien
Short and casual interview. Interviewed with them at a career fair and the interview was conducted in Japanese although they don't seem to require Japanese skills above conversational. There were two interviewees but only one of them asked questions. None of the questions they asked were difficult

Question 1
They didn't ask anything too difficult. Questions such as why do you want to work for us, and tell me about your skills etc.
Only one interview with the CEO or manager. They ask very basic and straight forward interview questions and if you don’t mind driving. Not too many complicated behavioral questions. Interview length is relatively short as well. Offer decision took about a week
