First, I took a test based on financial calculations as well as theory, Then I gave an initial interview to HR in which they asked me about my background and personal questions. Then I gave the final interview to the CEO on the same day, in which I was asked more about the financial field. The CEL tested my knowledge and intelligence in the final interview. I was offered the job later on but I refused because I got a better job based on my CFA qualification.
