The interview process was a job fair style, so it was pretty relaxed. There were many candidates, mostly college students and I thought it was well organized. We all went in and were slip into groups before sitting down with a manager one on one for an interview.

Interview was very easy and relaxing. Joked around with the interviewer and exchanged past experiences. The HR recruiter was a previous student at Penn State, so she understood what potential employees are going through.
