It was easy. Be yourself. Easy questions about customer service. Took around maximum 20 minutes. Had around 5 or 6 questions related to retail or customer service. Manager was friendly and easy going.

General HR questions. Difficult situations with the customer, weakness and strengths, future plans, abilities, prior job experience, what keeps me motivated, how I can handle stress and repetitive tasks and etc. Something you might expect in other companies interview.

Quick and easy asked behavioural questions like why I want to work here and what values will i bring to the team. Very nice and talkative interviewer greatly enjoyed and very much encouraged other to work here
Very easy - just wanted to know availability and any previous experience. Would highly recommend for anybody looking to join the workforce. Process was clear and quick. Interviewers were friendly.
