J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez NoRedInk
Entretien
This was the best interview process I've been through. It was very friendly and clear at each step, and I felt like it gave them a good understanding of how well I could do the actual work.
The steps:
* phone screen with a recruiter
* code sample
* chat with the Director of Engineering
* management interview (three scenarios are presented to you, you have a few minutes to think them over, and then you role-play them)
* three technical interviews (basically just pair-programming while screen-sharing)
* interview with the Director of Engineering
* interview with CEO
The interviews were all remote. In a few of them there were people shadowing with their mics and cameras turned off, I assume for training purposes.
There weren't any "gotcha" questions. The technical interviews were interesting problems that felt reasonable to encounter in day-to-day work.
They were also very willing to answer more questions about the company, talk to other employees and let me sit in on some internal meetings. Overall, a great experience.

The interview process was probably the longest I've ever been through. It's also probably the best I've ever been through. NoRedInk has one of the best cultures and some of the most amazing people I've ever encountered through an interview process. They definitely live their core value: Act with humility.
Steps (for Engineering Manager + IC Role for SRE team):
1. Director call
2. 2 hour timed coding test
3. Review of coding test with Engineer
4. Director call
5. Managerial Scenarios
6. Managerial Role Play (hard situations)
7. Director Call
8. Live code pairing exercise
9. Technical scenarios
10. Top Grade
11. VP of Engineering chat
12. CEO chat
13. Team chat
14. Reference checks
While this is a long process, it's great that you really get to know a lot of the people, and not once did I encounter arrogance, trivia questions, or feel like I was being judged.
Note: The entire process was remote as it was a remote role. No flying anywhere: A+
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The tech scenario was approximately: You get a customer ticket escalation for the following symptom, what would you do / check? OK let's say it what you checked is the problem. Rewind. Let's say what you checked is not the problem.
