I went in for a hiring event. Management seemed very nice and professional. They are looking for someone fully devoted to nobu, no other goals or passions just strictly hospitality.

Group interview, very strange questions. Asked about wine knowledge and had several people go around the table and share specs of different drink recipes. Most people did not answer correctly, or told specs of common drinks that I had never heard before.
