Unfortunately, the interview experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I was pressured into a call at a time that wasn't convenient for me, and there was no flexibility to reschedule. During the call, the interviewers seemed stressed and uninterested, as if they were forced to go through the process rather than genuinely engaging with a potential hire. The conversation was very short, and overall, the interaction left a negative impression.
A company should treat every candidate with respect and ensure the interview process reflects its values. This experience raised concerns about their internal culture and priorities.
